Payment and Booking

 

Tuition fees are paid termly on receipt of invoice and before the first session. They can be paid in full, or in half-termly instalments. If you join mid-term, I ask that the remaining term’s fees are paid in full.

 

I am happy to receive payment for tuition via bank transfer or in cash.  Bank details are:

By booking a termly slot, this secures your rascal’s time slot for the term. You agree to pay and attend the sessions detailed in the term dates listed on the invoice.

 

Any Summer Booster Sessions or ad hoc tuition is to be paid in full to secure the session(s).

 

When booking, please let me know of any allergies or food intolerances.  Snacks are ALWAYS offered during tutoring sessions.

Attendance and Illness

​

To avoid the spread of illness, if your rascal in unwell and unable to attend school, please stay at home and do not attend the tutoring session.  I will try to rearrange the session at a time which suits us both.

 

If your rascal is well enough for online tuition, we can run an online session at the scheduled session time.  The more warning I have, the more time I have to prepare the session.

Cancellations

 

If you are unable to attend a session, please let me know as soon as possible. You can contact me via phone (07800647770), WhatsApp, Messenger or email.  

 

Tutoring sessions that are missed for non-medical reasons are non-refundable. This is to encourage regular attendance and ensure continuity in your rascal’s learning.

 

Tutoring sessions cancelled by myself, that are not rescheduled, will be refunded in full.
